We hire people who take safety seriously and represent ROWC well on railroad property. Strong candidates are:
  • Reliable, professional, and ethical, with a safety-first mindset.
  • Willing to travel to project sites across the country.
  • Able to pass an e-Verifile background check and become e-Railsafe qualified.
  • Able to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening under our FRA-approved program (49 CFR Part 219).
